Perfect for families looking for comfort
We had a great time here, the kids loved the separate rooms which gave us some peace and quiet at night. The hosts were super helpful and even made sure to get us vegetarian sausages for breakfast, which was unexpected and much appreciated.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but for what you get, it's acceptable.

The room featured excellent facilities with good access to an abundance of plug outlets, ensuring convenience throughout the stay. Breakfast was exceptional and beautifully presented, allowing for a delightful morning experience. the overall bus service frequency could be improved for easier access to the city. while the rooftop terrace was a lovely retreat, it would benefit from better furniture for comfort.

amazing value and cozy vibes
Spent a night here and wow, it was awesome! The room was spacious and super comfy. The shower was a lifesaver in the morning. Plus, the friendly staff made us feel at home, serving breakfast that was top-notch. Oh, and I loved chilling in the bar/lounge area. Just a heads-up, it gets a bit noisy if you’re near the stairs.

I recently had a lovely stay at Burton Stone. The room was spacious, very clean, and had a comfortable bed. I really appreciated the top-notch shower. it felt great. Breakfast was a highlight, served hot and fresh, with plenty of delicious options. The owners, Agnes and Michel, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They provided us with maps and gave excellent directions to the city. The free parking was a big plus, especially since other places charge a lot for it. The location allowed for a pleasant walk to the city center, taking about 15 minutes. On the downside, the stairs were quite steep, which was challenging for our group with mobility issues. we had a little noise from the busy road outside. it was an enjoyable experience, with just a couple of minor inconveniences that didn’t dampen our trip too much.

Breakfast was a highlight, offering freshly cooked options like a full English and various cereals. Conveniently located just a short walk to the city center, with free parking on-site nonstop. The owners were friendly and super helpful too.

The family room was spacious, featuring a separate sleeping area with bunk beds that suited our party of four well. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the breakfast options were freshly made to order, giving it that personal touch that made mornings enjoyable.
While the facility was charming, the stairs to the upper rooms presented a challenge. they can be steep, which might not sit well with everyone. The bar also closed at 8 PM, leaving limited options for unwinding after a day of exploring. Additional Wi-Fi codes in the rooms would save guests from hunting in other areas, adding a convenience factor that could improve the stay.
